About us
Pure Belgian design.
Our products are designed and manufactured entirely in Belgium using the finest materials, and we proudly bear the “Made in Belgium” label.
Initially, we focused exclusively on direct sales to end customers, even far beyond Europe. However, in 2021, we expanded our focus to the B2B market. While we still supply individuals directly from our factory, we now also collaborate with an international network of distributors and partners to further enhance the growth and capacity of our manufacturing company.
Mario and Lauren Mertens
A family-owned business with Belgian roots.
Thermalux was founded in 2009 by Mario Mertens and has grown into a proud family-owned business with Belgian roots. With his daughter and wife on board, we have further strengthened our passion for high-quality saunas and steam rooms.
Our passion for design.
Always one step ahead.
Since our establishment in 2009, we have transformed the classic infrared sauna into a modern design cube. This creative flow has enabled us to develop new designs continuously, as we constantly seek innovative materials and possibilities.
Each sauna is not only a visual masterpiece but also a technical marvel. From outdoor saunas with built-in showers to steam cabins with integrated storage or garden rooms, we combine aesthetics with functionality.
Our commitment to top quality means that we strive for luxury and sustainability in everything we do. At Thermalux, well-being goes hand in hand with craftsmanship, allowing us to offer you the ultimate sauna experience.

At Thermalux, we view wellness not just as an activity, but as a true art form. Our commitment to style, comfort, and innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Every product reflects our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence.
We go beyond the ordinary by combining advanced designs with superior materials. This results in aesthetically refined products that are both beautiful and durable, able to withstand the elements.
Discover at Thermalux a world where each creation is a testament to our love for exquisite design, functionality, and Belgian quality. Step into a refined wellness experience that knows no compromises.
